18K Rose Gold Pink Sapphire & Diamond Bow Tie Necklace 16-18”. This necklace is in fantastic, pre owned condition. It features a diamond & pink sapphire bow tie attached to an 18k solid rose gold cable chain. There are a total of 60 round cut diamonds. Total weight is 10.6 grams. There is a small extender making the chain able to be worn at either 16 or 18 inches.
