Thomas Jewelers Return Policy

At Thomas Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our store and are happy to assist with eligible returns.

Online Purchases

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and include any original packaging, documentation, certificates, or accompanying materials.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from its description.

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in our retail store may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in its original condition.

Refunds & Store Credit

For eligible returns, customers may choose to receive:

• A refund to the original method of payment, or
• Thomas Jewelers store credit for future purchases.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Any charges associated with ring sizing, alterations, engraving, customization, or other modifications are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.

Altered & Customized Jewelry

Jewelry that has been sized, engraved, altered, customized, or otherwise modified at the customer's request may be subject to a deduction for the cost of the modification.

Special-order or custom-made pieces may not be eligible for return.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

All returned merchandise must be received in its original condition.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, missing or altered stones, modification by another jeweler, or missing original components, certificates, documentation, or accessories may be refused or may be subject to a reduction in the refund or store credit amount.
